What Should I Do If I Have Multiple Payroll Logins?

Following the upgrade to Access Identity on 5th February 2025, all Paycircle users should now operate under a single login per role. If you're still seeing or using multiple logins, here's what to do:


🚫 Do Not Attempt to Merge Accounts Yourself

Multiple logins can cause access issues or lockouts. Instead:

  1. 💬 Contact us here
    Let us know that you currently have multiple Paycircle accounts.

  2. We'll Consolidate Your Access
    Our team will revoke duplicate logins and reissue access credentials properly.


📧 Email Address Requirements

To maintain security and proper access:

  • Each email must be unique — you cannot use the same email for more than one Access Identity account

  • If you require access to both Admin and Employee Portals:

    • Use your work email for admin access

    • Use your personal email for employee access
