What Should I Do If I Have Multiple Payroll Logins?
Following the upgrade to Access Identity on 5th February 2025, all Paycircle users should now operate under a single login per role. If you're still seeing or using multiple logins, here's what to do:

Let us know that you currently have multiple Paycircle accounts. -
We'll Consolidate Your Access
Our team will revoke duplicate logins and reissue access credentials properly.
📧 Email Address Requirements
To maintain security and proper access:

Each email must be unique — you cannot use the same email for more than one Access Identity account

If you require access to both Admin and Employee Portals:

Use your work email for admin access

Use your personal email for employee access
