What should I do if an employee cannot log in to view their payslip?

If an employee cannot log in to view their payslip:

  • Verify that their email address is correctly entered in the system
  • Check if they're trying to log in through the correct portal link (https://my.paycircle.co.uk/login)
  • Ensure they're using the correct credentials (username/password)
  • For date of birth verification issues, confirm the date format (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Check that they have correctly spelled their email address during registration
  • If they receive an error about the date of birth not matching, double-check this information in the system
  • For access to multiple companies' payslips, ensure they're using the right login for each company
  • If needed, request an account reset for the employee by contacting us here 

It's common for employees to have issues with the date of birth format or email address spelling. If multiple attempts fail, we can assist with resetting their access.
