Paycircle now uses Access Identity, a secure login system, for all users. Whether you're an employee, an admin, or both — the login process has changed slightly, and this guide explains what to expect.


👤 For Standard Users (One Email, One Login)

If you're using Paycircle with a single login:

  1. Go to your usual portal:

  2. Enter your username or email

  3. Enter your password

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete Access Identity setup

  5. You’ll receive a verification code by email

    • This code expires in 5 minutes

  6. Set your new password as prompted

  7. Once set up, you’ll use your new credentials for future logins


🧑‍💼 For Admin Users

Admins managing payroll for their company must:

  • Use a company/work email for admin portal access

  • Use a separate personal email for their employee portal (if applicable)

  • You cannot use the same email for both admin and employee access

This ensures security and proper system access separation.


👥 For Employees

Each employee must:

  • Have their own unique email address

  • Use a personal email address, not a shared or company one
    (This ensures access remains active even after leaving employment)
