In the rare case of a platform outage or service interruption:

• We’ll notify you if any critical services are affected

• Our team can still manually calculate and provide payroll figures to ensure employees and HMRC are paid correctly and on time

• We’ll work directly with you to prioritise essential tasks until full platform access is restored
