If you spot a mistake after approving payroll — don’t worry. We’ll help sort it out. Just contact us as soon as possible by emailing

Here’s what happens next:
🕒 If Payroll Hasn’t Been Processed Yet
If we haven’t submitted the payroll to HMRC, we can usually make the changes straight away — no problem.
🗂️ If Payroll Has Already Been Submitted
You have two options:

Reprocess the payroll - 
This corrects the mistake immediately 
- 
A reprocessing fee may apply (see below) 
 
- 
- 
Fix it in the next payroll - 
We’ll make the adjustment in the following month 
- 
Good option for small changes like tax code updates or missed hours 
 
- 
💰 Will There Be a Fee?
- 
If we made the mistake, we’ll fix it for free 
- 
If the mistake wasn’t ours, there’s usually a reprocessing fee - 
This is normally 75% to 100% of your regular monthly payroll fee 
- 
It depends on the situation and the complexity of the change
