I Haven’t Received My PAYE Reminder Email – Can You Resend It?
What to do if your PAYE email hasn’t arrived and how reminders are managed
As part of your onboarding and system setup, we ask whether you'd like to receive a PAYE reminder email on the 6th of each month. This reminder helps you pay your PAYE bill to HMRC by the usual deadline of the 22nd of the month.

If you opted in to receive these emails and didn’t get one:

We’ll quickly check and reissue it for you.
🔒 If You’ve Opted Out of Email Reminders
If you’ve told us you don’t want email reminders, and that you’ll download the PAYE amount yourself:

We won’t be able to resend the email

You’ll need to log into Paycircle and download the Detailed P32 Report to view the amount due
