How Often Do You Take Payments?

Understanding the invoice schedule based on your payroll frequency

At Intelligent Payroll, we align our payment collection with your payroll frequency to ensure a predictable and consistent billing experience.


📅 Invoice Timing by Payroll Frequency

Weekly Payroll Example:

  • Payroll Day: Friday

  • Invoice Raised: The Monday of payroll week

  • Invoice Sent: When payroll is finalised

  • Payment Collected: 14 days after the invoice is issued

Monthly Payroll Example:

  • Payroll Day: End of the month

  • Invoice Raised: Around the 20th of each month

  • Invoice Sent: Once payroll is finalised

  • Payment Collected: 14 days later (typically around the 4th of the following month)

All payments are collected automatically via Direct Debit, providing a secure and streamlined billing experience.
