📅 Invoice Timing by Payroll Frequency
Weekly Payroll Example:
- 
Payroll Day: Friday 
- 
Invoice Raised: The Monday of payroll week 
- 
Invoice Sent: When payroll is finalised 
- 
Payment Collected: 14 days after the invoice is issued 
Monthly Payroll Example:
- 
Payroll Day: End of the month 
- 
Invoice Raised: Around the 20th of each month 
- 
Invoice Sent: Once payroll is finalised 
- 
Payment Collected: 14 days later (typically around the 4th of the following month)
