How do we handle client logos on payslips?

We’re happy to include your company logo on employee payslips to help you maintain a professional and consistent brand experience.

🖼️ How to Add Your Logo to Payslips

If you’d like your logo shown on payslips:

  1. Send us your company logo by emailing it to

  2. Please provide the logo:

    • In high-resolution format

    • With a clear or transparent background (ideally PNG or SVG)

    • In a clean, simple layout without excessive detail

  3. We’ll then implement it into your payroll setup so it appears on payslips automatically going forward.

🏢 For Group Companies

If you manage multiple entities or brands:

  • You can submit different logos for each company

  • We’ll ensure each logo is correctly linked to the appropriate payroll account

🔁 Need to Update Your Logo?

If your logo changes, just let us know and send over the new version — we’ll update it in the system promptly.
