To change or update payroll approvers in Paycircle, simply raise a support ticket with Intelligent Payroll.
Our team will verify the request and make the change once authorised.
For security reasons, only an authorised contact listed on your company account can request this update.
📋 Step-by-Step: How to Change Approvers
1️⃣ Submit a support ticket
Go to 👉 https://support.intelligentpayroll.co.uk/kb-tickets/new
Select “System Access or Permissions” as your ticket category.
Include:
- 
The name and email of the current approver (to be removed) 
- 
The name and email of the new approver (to be added) 
- 
Your company name and payroll reference (if known) 
2️⃣ Verification and authorisation
For data security, we’ll verify that the request comes from a registered contact with authorised access.
If confirmation is needed, we’ll contact your listed payroll administrator or account owner directly.
3️⃣ Update completed
Once authorised, we’ll update the approver permissions in Paycircle and confirm by email when the change is complete.
You’ll also receive an updated list of users who have payroll approval rights.
