How can I get copies of P60s for employees?
P60s are automatically generated at the end of each tax year (5th April). To access them:
- They are sent directly to the employees' portal on the 6th April each year
- Employees must be on the payroll as of 5th April to receive a P60
- You can find collated P60s for your entire team in the reports section of the final payroll of the tax year
- For individual P60s, you can:
- Log into the Paycircle admin portal
- Navigate to each individual team member's profile
- Click on "documents" to find their individual P60
- Alternatively, in the reports section, select the tax year and "P60" as the report type
- P60s can be downloaded individually or in bulk
