How Can Employees Access Their Payslips?

Employees can securely access their payslips, P60s, and other payroll documents through the Paycircle employee portal.

🔐 How to Access Payslips

• Employees must use their own unique email address to register and log in
  (We strongly recommend a personal email address, not a company one)

• On first use, they’ll receive an email invitation with setup instructions

• During registration, they’ll be asked to add a recovery email — this must be personal, not a work address

• Payslips are automatically published to the portal on payday, typically by 9am

🔁 Forgot Your Details?

• If an employee forgets their password, they can click “Forgot Password” on the login page

• If they forget their username, they can select “Forgot Username” to recover it via email

🛠️ Troubleshooting Access

If an employee is having trouble accessing their account:

1. Confirm they’re using the correct email address

2. Ask them to try resetting their password

3. Make sure their recovery email is still accessible

If they’re still stuck, they should contact their employer contact directly.
We do not speak with employees directly, in line with our data security and client agreements.
