Does Intelligent Payroll accept payment by card?

We keep things simple and cost-effective by accepting payments via Direct Debit only

To keep things simple and efficient — and to help keep our pricing competitive — we only accept payments by Direct Debit.


💳 Do You Accept Card Payments?

No. We do not accept:

  • Debit or credit card payments (online or over the phone)

  • American Express

  • Cryptocurrency


✅ How We Accept Payments

All payments are made securely through GoCardless, our trusted Direct Debit provider.

For UK-Based Clients:

  • A valid UK Direct Debit mandate is required

  • Invoices are collected automatically 14 days after payroll is processed

For Clients Outside the UK:

  • We support SEPA Direct Debit for clients with European bank accounts

  • This allows for simple and automated billing across borders
