Even if there are no changes to employee data or payment details, we still require your confirmation before processing payroll.

📌 How to Confirm No Changes

  1. You’ll receive an automated email requesting your payroll information.

  2. Log into the portal as normal.

  3. Locate your open payroll task.

  4. Click the “I’ve added everything” button.

This action notifies us that:

  • You’ve reviewed the payroll data

  • There are no changes or new instructions to apply

Once this is submitted, we proceed with processing your payroll based on the existing data.

📝 Important Notes

  • If we don’t receive this confirmation, we cannot begin processing

  • This approval method also creates a compliance trail for audit and HMRC requirements

  • If you forget to add a note but click "I’ve added everything," we will assume no changes are required
