🔒 For Data Security & GDPR Compliance

All payslips are shared via the Paycircle employee portal 
- 
Employees receive a registration email when they’re first added to payroll 
- 
They should use a personal email address for recovery access (recommended in case they leave your company) 
- 
Payslips are usually available to employees around 9:00 am on payday 
This ensures confidential data stays private and compliant with GDPR.

You’ll receive a confirmation when payroll processing is complete 
- 
If you’ve opted in, you’ll get password-protected payroll reports by email 
- 
If not, you can log into your portal to download reports anytime 
This process reduces unnecessary admin and ensures each person has access to the right information.
