Can you email me payslips for employees?

For data security and simplicity, payslips are delivered directly to employees via their own secure portals

We don’t email payslips to employers — and here’s why that’s a good thing.

To protect personal data and keep things compliant, payslips are delivered directly to employees through their own secure portal.


🔒 For Data Security & GDPR Compliance

  • All payslips are shared via the Paycircle employee portal

  • Employees receive a registration email when they’re first added to payroll

  • They should use a personal email address for recovery access (recommended in case they leave your company)

  • Payslips are usually available to employees around 9:00 am on payday

This ensures confidential data stays private and compliant with GDPR.


👩‍💼 For Employers

  • You’ll receive a confirmation when payroll processing is complete

  • If you’ve opted in, you’ll get password-protected payroll reports by email

  • If not, you can log into your portal to download reports anytime

This process reduces unnecessary admin and ensures each person has access to the right information.

  • Avoiding manual distribution of payslips — it introduces risk and adds admin time
