Can Employees Access Previous Years' Payslips?

All payslips processed through our system remain available — here’s how employees can find them

Yes — employees can access all payslips processed through our system, including those from previous tax years.

🔎 How to Access Historical Payslips
Employees should log in to their portal here: https://my.paycircle.co.uk/login

Once logged in:

  • Navigate to the Documents or Payslips section

  • Filter or scroll to previous months or years

  • All historical records will be available, as long as they were processed through Paycircle

🔐 Portal Access Reminder

Employees retain access to the portal after leaving the company for up to 10 years. They must log in using the same email address used during employment.

If an employee is having trouble accessing the portal, we recommend:

  • Using the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” tools on the login page

  • Verifying they are using the correct email address

  • Contacting their employer if they still need help
