No, there are no hidden fees with Intelligent Payroll.

All our pricing is clearly outlined in your engagement letter. You’ll receive an invoice each time we process your payroll, and it will reflect the agreed fee structure with no surprises.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Standard Payroll Fees: Charged per run, based on your selected package and volume.

  • Pension Re-Enrolment Fee: A one-off charge every three years for the mandatory re-enrolment process.

  • Extra Services: Any non-standard or additional requirements (e.g., detailed analysis reports, consultancy) will be quoted and agreed in advance.
